Menu Plan FREE printable

I love me a free printable! So, today I am sharing my own menu plan.

Cool things about my menu plan:

  • It’s pretty and colourful (very important!)
  • It has space to list breakfast, lunch and dinner on each day if you wish.
  • There is space to write a shopping list for the meal
  • Space to add appointments to that day, so you know if you have time limitations put on your cooking time
  • It’s FREE!

Download it and print it out each week, or download it once and laminate it. Whatever works for you 🙂

Little changes to make a big difference

When I originally started this blog, my intention was for it to not just be about food. I wanted to talk about my day to day life, and how I organize myself, my four kids and hubby, share my experiences, and in doing so, possibly help other parents who are struggling to keep it together.  Over time, I realized that I really wasn’t organized enough to share any of what I did in my day! I found myself, once kids went to bed, doing an entire day’s cleaning and sorting, even though I had been cleaning and sorting all day. Does that make sense?

Back to School Lunches…

Most of the schools in Victoria go back today, which means, back to making school lunches, back to early mornings, back to extra curricular activities.  I always feel like school going back creeps up on me, and all of a sudden I’m thinking of what to pack into lunches again. I will be doing some gluten free options in the coming school lunch posts, but this week, I’m doing quick and easy, child pleasing stuff.
